If i put it in simple terms, the company has a Machine Learning in place to detect e-commerce fraud at every stage of the checkout and payment process with service levels guaranteed to the merchant. They already have big clienteles in place as these are their target merchants. In this regard, the company already has some network effect. this sort of network effect is something only big payment companies like paypal, visa, mastercard can achieve. I'm trying to read it with skepticism hence it takes awhile to go through the ipo prospectus.
